November already, hell yeah how this time flies!

But okey, been training like always, have had couple of injuries, nothing to serious, but still they lower your process. Been doing and training some new moves lately, but still need to work on them a lot, but trust me it's worth the trouble.
I've been thinking a lot about making a longer video to my youtube channel, where I haven't posted in ages, but the thing with the video is, I don't have time to film anything big, just don't. My days are quite intense, a lot of work, training and school things are up and that's why I don't have the time to make anything, also I'm not satisfied with my lever right now, so I don't want to bother people with stuff I have shown already. Hopefully in winter or in spirng I will have more spare time ( which i'm not sure about) and then I'm going to make a better, longer video. Until then I'll post some shorter clips on the facebook page, so keep an eye on that!

But also, love my training spot!

Haven't wrote here for about a 2 months, well yeah...

But actually quite a lot of things has happen in meanwhile. At the beginning of September I was finally able to return to my normal trainings and I was fully recovered. Coming back is actually quite painful, because I still seem to hold myself back from pushing harder, at least it feels like that. I already hurt my self badly with training like nuts, so I just don't want to feel it again anymore.

Meanwhile I've done some performances and to be honest haven't felt confident while doing them, don't know if it's just because of the injury I was going through or something else, so I gotta build that up again.

A week ago I switched my shoes to the newer ones, cause my older ones were done. Everything is worn out and the leather is broken. So I took a pair of new shoes witch are Adidas Adinova 11, used them for a week, I think I need another week to get the right touch!

Hey,

Don't know where to start, so I just start from the beginning!

Last week, on Friday, I got injured again. The same old lower back strike me again. This time harder then ever and from that point I knew that things are bad. I couldn't do anything on the Saturday and Sunday. My whole weekend was just chilling  in the bed, doin nothing. It was hard for me to move, I couldn't put my own socks on etc. I had to visit the doc, to find out what's the case, is it just muscle, the backbone, nerve or something else. So on Monday I did it and found out that the case is with a muscle and I might have suffered from a some kind of childhood disease, that might have made some modifications to the backbone itself.

So now I'm on the recovery, which takes about 3 weeks. 2 weeks of a little bit of stretching and just holding my back warm and the third week of simple exercises, just to get muscles to move and they get used to harder workouts. All of that means one, I can't compete this year on Super Ball in Liberec, which starts in 2,5 weeks. And that's the worst thing ever. I've trained for this event on every training I do. All of those winter trainings I did, with rain, wind etc are right now worthless. I had everything booked, the flights, hotels, registration fee was payed - a long long time ago ( I was still at the Army when I did that). I even had ordered all the equipment I needed for competitions etc. and all of this has right now come to the point where I'm injured!

There's no one to blame, but myself. As I read my older posts, it seems that my body was telling me to take time off, but I didn't listen and just kept going. I had been 11 months without any specific training routine and in June when I got my freedom back, I was only aiming for my goal, to get back fit, to get better and didn't notice that my body wasn't ready for that. This summer has been a lot of setbacks for me. At the beginning of June I injured my right knee, when I was skydiving. It took me 2 days to get better, so I was back at training, then a week or a bit more, injured my lower back for the first time. Had a break for couple of days and continued, then the other knee, left ankle etc.

I've canceled some of my performances I had to do due to injury, but on the weekend I'll have one, which I think isn't appropriate to cancel. It's one boys birthday party and according to he's mother, He really wants me to be there. At first they were planning a birthday party on Saturday, but due to me ( I'm already busy on that day) they changed the date! So I'm going to be there, no matter what.

And finally, I'm sorry for letting you all down. Those who follow my stuff, like my pictures and videos and also my sponsor Adidas, I'm sorry!

The recovery in it's progress!

I'll be back...

Woah a video, where I'm part in!!

My friend was talking about making something like that in a long time ago. While I was performing in Rapla, he was in Kiltsi with drifters, so it was the right time to make a clip. At first we were going to make a 30-45 second clip, he doubled it, well okey...

But yeah, I've been performing, not a lot but still. Done some shows, enjoyed them and trained like I always do!
I think I'm going to make one announcement on this week sometime, but not right no, I'm not ready for it!

Hey!

In the middle of June I mentioned I had some troubles with my lower back. Well, weeks later, I still do. At that time I didn't mention how I got injured, well I was training and while I was doing a combo, some sort of pain strike through my back. It was like a lightning, lasted for a second or less, but right after that it was hard for me to stand on my both feet. For some time I didn't felt my right leg. So I quite training and rested the rest of the evening. The second day it was hard for me to even drive the car etc. I could only stand up, or lay down. Had a day off or so, but then I wanted to train again already. Luckily I could do some pull ups, push ups, squats etc. so I did. Couple of days later I started training with the ball. After 4-5 days I wanted to train front lever, I did it pretty good at first, but on the second try, the lower back pain strike me again. Hated myself for this 10 minute training and I sweared myself that no more calisthenics until I'm 100% back. Hold back for a week and everything felt good, I wanted to train with weights so bad and I did it. Right after the training everything felt good, but it didn't felt good in the morning! It's been like this for about 2 weeks already and there's like no light at the end of this tunnel. Last weekend while I was running, I hurt my right knee. I couldn't walk properly right after the run, but still went for a training - no pain no gain. At first when knew warmed up, it felt better and better, but then I hurted it and quite it! Luckily today my knee feels good, but it still needs to be taken care. So basically my whole June has been troubles with injuries. While others are training hard for Super Ball, I'm struggling to train even at the minimum.... oh well!!

Waddap!

Last Thursday I had a performance in Pärnu, at the Summer Cup opening ceremony. Got there earlier so I could check the sound and the spot, where I was supposed to perform. Everything was smooth, so I didn't worry at all. I got back to the sport about 40 minutes pefore my show, started with some warm up and waited for my time to arrive. When it was my time, I went on the stage, gave some small interview and did my stuff! Everything went well ant it was nice to perform in Pärnu. So after my show I went behind the stage and wanted to pack my things I got interrupted by some kids. They asked me in Russian to show them some tricks, at first I didn't understand them, but to be honest, theire wish was clear enough. Started doing some tricks and by the time, more kids got involved. It turned out to be a 45 minute session with random kids at Getter Jaani's concert! Hahahaha
Liked it a lot!
